Shipping Policy
- Free delivery and Installation for Orders above BD 100 except for Durat Al Bahrain.
- Delivery charge of BD 5 for orders less than BD 100 and BD 25 for Durat Al Bahrain.
- In case of redelivery, a minimum of BD 20/- charge will apply and must be settled prior to the delivery. Otherwise the item must be collected personally by the customer.
- Delivery of curtains, chandeliers and wallpapers does not include installation unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
- Ceiling, floor and table lamps do not come with bulbs.
- Authorizing a member of the household to overlook the delivery will be under the responsibility of the customer.
- Standard Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days depending on customers schedule
- Products must be collected or delivered within 21 days from the invoice date. Storage charge of 5% of the invoice value per month applies thereafter.
